Forgiveness is akin to freeing oneself from being trapped in the toxic past of negative thoughts and emotions. We aren't always taught how to forgive but we can all learn to master it and reap the blessings from doing so.

I feel so much gratitude for the forgiveness steps here which are a soothing balm to the soul that gives relief. It feels like my hand is being held and I am being supported through the process of letting go of the past, releasing old hurts, to unraveling constrictions of energy left over from my human journey. It leaves me in a place of being open to more grace and more self-love and best of all, freedom.
