You could say that; while I did not cry I was able to check myself on behaviors not conducive to my current goals. I learned new information that will assist me to better achieve my long term goals.

Not what I expected, seems like it's mainly aimed at office workers. Has some good tips if you do work from a office though.

This audio book provides a quick and simple guide to over coming procrastination and getting organised. It encourages you to think intelligently about your time and provides a few tools and questions to be able to start to change.
