What was one of the most memorable moments of Five Senses Meditation?

This mindfulness audiobook is easy to listen to, instructive, soothing, and understandable. This book breaks down the practice of mindfulness into small and palatable bites. It feels like a doable practice and this book will serve as a good reference.

If you're curious about what the heck people do when they're "meditating," what's all this about "mindfulness," or if you've been practicing mindfulness meditation for years this is an excellent, clearly written,introduction/reminder.
