Gym Time

It's gym time 4 times a week now thanks to this reminder of how I could feel happy about working out if that's what I choose to feel.

Gym Time is NOW

Gym time comes easier with this program. I just listen and already feel guilty if I don't go to the gym. Listen each day that you want to work out, each day that you need to go to the gym. Great program.

Headed to the gym shortly after

Great method for getting passed excuses and just heading to the gym to work out without piling on the reasons why you can't. Just do it!

YES!!

Love this program!! I've been working out much more consistently now since really bringing the importance of fitness into my awareness. Helps me feel guilty enough to exercise when needed lol

very good fitness motivator

Nice audio program for keeping up with your fitness routine. I do enjoy working out but sometimes I just don't have the energy and instead have a bunch of excuses. Listening to this audio gets me out of excuse mode and into the gym.

Gets me into the gym

It can be so hard for me to get myself to the gym. It's funny that in the title it says 'get off the the couch' and I was on the couch when I read that lol. I'm off the couch now. I worked out today.

Horrible music

This title is good in respect that the hypnotic suggestions are on point. What was hard for me to tolerate was the music. Background music sounds like you're on hold and it's very twangy.

Soo Needed This

It can be so hard to work out when you aren't used to it or when it's not really your thing. You know what they say about which workout works best? It's the one you actually do! So I've been doing much more thanks to this kick in the butt.
