It's not bad enough that the author insists on reading his own book, but he... reads... it... so... slow that you feel like he thinks you're retarded. It's too bad he didn't hire a pro. But more importantly, the content is so basic. It was the second tape before he got into any substance and then it was really simple stuff. Now I'm thinking I DO need to go back to my therapist...

I haven't read or heard a book I didn't like...Until now. I worked very hard to finish it, but I just couldn't stand it anymore. It is read in the most horrible dead-pan style. Information is often repeated over and over again in many of the chapters. I was looking for more information on Life coaching, but mostly just got why therapy isn't usually a good idea for most people drummed over and over again.
