What did you like most about Fifteen Minute Guided Meditation - Deeply Relax the Body and Mind?
I was very sceptical about sleep hypnossis, after having tried a few to help me fall asleep.Benjamin uses the 'body scan' technique which helps you relax every muscle of your body from the top of you head to toes. His voice is very comforting and the monotonous music that he uses does serve a purpse on its own.
Any additional comments?
I can sleep now! Would highlt recommend this meditation.
