Got Me to Sleep
I was able to get to sleep pretty fast during the first time listening to this audiobook. I was pretty pleased with this, and I listened to it again the next night with a different version of the meditation. Both times had the same results. I was able to get to sleep while listening.
She has a soothing voice. It is mellow and a little monotone, which is great for relaxation.
If you fall asleep during this meditation, you might listen to each and every meditation provided if you don't shut off the recording. I'm still trying to figure out if there's a way to stop the recording after just the one meditation so that I don't get woken up by another meditation starting. But, I just turned the volume down pretty low so that I don't wake up if I do end up falling asleep with my earphones in again. This seems to work for me.

Not bad, did what it said it would
Since you can't really read yourself to sleep, it's better to have the audio version.
It consisted of one meditation that had me asleep in a decent amount of time.
I liked the meditation, it was easy to follow. Also liked the background music, which was a nice touch. It's a straightforward meditation that lulls you to bed.
