Too dull. Half of the book says "positive visualization" becomes boring even with the examples.

Very relaxing 🏖️

I requested this book in exchange for my review.
I highly recommend Listening to this book if you believe in meditation and the power of positive thinking.
Like.. if you think you're self well
you start to get better.
This is a meditation to think you're self thin and rid you're self of a negative body image.
I personally Listen to it as I'm falling a sleep.
when I wake up I'm craving healthier food's.
I also loved the fact that the narrator has such a soothing voice.
I think this book is worth owning 😊
