This short book looks at the general exercise program a woman going through pregnancy should consider. I go over very detailed medical information and the benefits of working out during the pregnancy. I also go over the signs that identify when you have over-trained yourself, which may make you do more harm than good. I have experience working with pregnant clients and will offer all of the information I know.
