Is there anything you would change about this book?
Bells, Dings, overly loud crashing waves.. Rudely wakes me up. They sound more like alarm clocks than soothing sounds. They need to be more subdued
Would you ever listen to anything by Joel Thielke again?

wakes me up in the middle of the night with the bells and waves and it is difficult to get back to sleep, I have basically stopped listening to it, I cant get woke up nightly and have to go to work on little sleep.

What disappointed you about Exercise Motivation, Weight Loss, and Workout Success Pack - Four in One Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection?
This recording is wholly focused specifically on running - not at all what the title suggests. It also starts its first sentence of the hypnosis chapters with "And now that .." suggesting that part of the recording is missing.

If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
The subliminal messages in this audio book a totally confused. Chapter one is a reasonable introduction and chapter 2 is a reasonable but uninspiring meditation. Chapter 3 is merely one hours worth of new age music. Chapter 4 does not get an introduction but is another meditation. Here its quite clear that the producer cut and pasted the material from Chapter 3. The initial wording of relaxation is exactly the same followed by a sudden break in the recording where the subject matter changes to be completed with another cut and paste for the second half of the meditation. The next Chapter is one hours worth of new age music and so on. This collection has been produced on the cheep and is a total waste of a credit. This is the first unreservedly negative review I have ever written. But then its probably the worst book I have ever listened too. I did not bother with the following chapters

This audio book was the last straw and I was willing to give it a go. I soon found myself thinking about which route to walk each day and for how long. Without a second thought I was also drinking more water and making this audio the key in living a new healthier lifestyle. It is important I listen to as much of it as I can each night. Whilst sleeping deeply my dreams continued to process events of my day and not focus on the words narrated.
