Very good. However I have Law of Attraction, Money and Wealth from this same author and during the guided meditation he says "ready to learn what you have used". I think that is backwards and now I have trouble relaxing due to the mistake. The beginning of this recording is exactly the same so I am guessing he does a cut and paste for that portion of all his recordings. I wonder if my mind cares but I would prefer to "use what I have learned."

To much noise/music
Bells, Dings, overly loud crashing waves.. Rudely wakes me up. They sound more like alarm clocks than soothing sounds. They need to be more subdued
possibly with better control of sounds
wakes me up in the middle of the night with the bells and waves and it is difficult to get back to sleep, I have basically stopped listening to it, I cant get woke up nightly and have to go to work on little sleep.
