Good to help wake you up

Just listen to this for the first time. I thought I would listen as I went to sleep. But at the end I found I was well rested and ready to start working out. Not good after only one hour of sleep. So my plan is to set my alarm clock to wake me up just a bit early and instead of hitting the snooze I will put my head phones on and listen to this. We will se how it will work out. So far seems to do the job.

I have listened to this for 6 months and find it unhelpful and a waste. Well not a conplete waste because I can get some good sleep when it's on!
