Good Advice practical steps

I bought the book expecting the same old advice, but was pleasantly surprised. I found lots of small, easy steps I could take and I found that very motivating.

Good listen

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

Yes. Inspired to set up daily plan of exercising.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

Most interesting: simple
Least interesting: tone of Greg's voice

Would you be willing to try another one of Greg Zarcone’s performances?

No. He tends to repeat dialogue throughout book which is quite distracting.
