WONDERFUL CLOSE TO MY DAY
What a remarkable way to transition between being task oriented all day and into a reflective awareness of what is going on under the surface. The meditation increases mindfulness of thoughts, feelings, desires, emotions and bodily sensations. Without a method to touch into myself, a feeling can seem to come out of the blue or I may judge myself for an emotion. This is a way to clear everything out and prepare for a restful evening.
The meditation is smooth and done in a pleasing tone with nurturing pacing and transition between subjects and suggestions for next insights
I can remember throughout the day to be aware of my thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. In this way I can be in a more organized or coherent state.
This isn't a meditation to go to sleep. This is a meditation to increase awareness and compassion and to then move into relaxation
Peaceful guided meditation
I would definitely recommend this audio book to family and friends. It evokes peace, calmness, and a serene end of the day process. I have a 23 year old autistic son who could benefit greatly by this book.
This audio book does not have a story line. It is a guided meditation expressly designed for the end of the day. I loved the background angelic music and the soothing voices of Zorica Gojkovic PhD and Amy Barron Smolinski.
My favorite part of the book was two-fold. First, I was impressed by the methods used to get yourself into your peaceful place, mentally, emotionally and physically. Next, I loved the heavenly music used to help all the stress of the day flow from your body.
My reaction to this audio book was obtaining the feeling of calmness, peace and serenity. I will use this book multiple times to de-stress at days end.
