Dr Orloff articulates the experience of being an empath so beautifully that I feel better about myself - knowing that my super sensitive nature is about my personality / being. She does not leave the empath listener stranded. She offers concrete solutions for seemingly every aspect of being an empath in assistance to navigate life peacefully. Excellent resource. I love her narration.
