loved the narrator, loved the helpful info in the book have listened to it several times! I play it when I'm sleeping also I feel rested when I wake up and it's been 2 weeks since I first read the book and I do feel lighter and more at peace.

Worth a listen!

What did you love best about Energy Clearing?

Great meditations are included. They're not too long (usually under 10 minutes), and guide you to clear your energy. But it's not just meditations, they are incorporated into the chapters - I bookmarked them so I can go back and listen daily.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Cyndi is a great writer & narrator.
