Publisher's Summary

You've got a gift - empathy. Now, learn how to use it, harness it, and employ it effectively to truly become an empath.
Empathy is one of the softer forces in both communication and social sciences that is both hard to quantify, identify, or feel, and when used effectively, barely noticed - which is where its strength lies.
In this volume, you will learn about:

What empathy is, and is not, as well as its power to change lives and social situations for better or worse.
Who is an empath? What is an empath? What is empathy? Can I train myself to become more empathetic?
What are my strengths as an empath?

Harness your natural power today through practice, and the good things in life will fall into your lap.

Absolutely helpful.

Katherine Chambersf is so easy to listen to and she gives such great recommendations, suggestions for improving your life if you are a highly sensitive person, and/or empath. It was a short and informative.. This outstanding book delivers clear and concise directions for understanding and coping with anger. I found tips that could be useful as there was insight in here about managing those emotions you can't find elsewhere. Well written and and nice overview overall. Thanks
