What did you love best about Empath: A Beginner's Guide to Thriving in Life as a Highly Sensitive Individual - How to Understand and Develop Your Gift?

This was a great book, written with care and sensitivity on a subject dear to the author's own heart. As a highly sensitive person just realizing this about myself, this book was a great intro into this trait and a very thorough explanation on what the trait is and the best ways to deal with it. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is highly sensitive or loves/lives with someone who is. Great, great read.

Very helpful!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I used to beat up myself as being sensitive and this audible book gave me some sound advice about dealing with sensitive people as well as dealing with my own high sensitivity. While I had a general awareness about the HSP type, I did not know many of the physical aspects researchers have found to be true for those dealing with high sensitivity and if you even suspect you might be highly sensitive or know someone who might be, do not hesitate to listen on this book carefully.

This is a really good book for those who are highly sensitive or having one in their family. Considering there aren't many books written dealing with the subject of high sensitivity I really admire the author for his research and efforts writing this book and it very well describes the detailed characteristics of sensitive people while listening to this book u can hear the words very clear!
