Wow what a book!...

A very informational book about emotional intelligence. I learned from this book that emotional intelligence can be used for a number of things. A person should know how to accurately identify the emotion, then curb an actions from those emotions. It would lead to self awareness, it would then translate into better self management. I am inspired with this book.
