Outstanding Book

I really enjoyed Emotionally Intelligent Leadership. Over the course of my career, I’ve read lots of leadership books, and found this one to be particularly on-target and interesting to read. I’m teaching a leadership class this fall to college juniors and seniors and using the book. The research-based body of work provides tools for those who read it to take away specific techniques to apply for navigating life in general. Practitioners are armed with exercises and methods in this manual, to guide them in their work.
