Way too much detail & simplistic. It was difficult to listen to. Perhaps good for an absolute beginner to the path but for a seasoned explorer not anything new and a lot of repetition.
Not from the genre but I will think again before buying Doreen Virtues books. Some of her more recent books come across as just pushing out material vs. quality. I completely appreciate & respect her just not this book, especially.
