Great for Beginners
I love Doreen and her works. I do have some input for the audiobook:
In the audio version, it is very difficult to listen to the lists. Most audio books offer a free PDF when they have a lot of "data" in them. This is especially true with books going over a diet. Listening to someone read a list of items is not easy.
If you are a beginner in this area (motivation, etc), you will like this book. Most of the concepts are for those who are new to her works, or are new to this concept.
Listening to her read lists of items that were very long in the audiobook.
She didn't sound happy. This was probably due to reading data that is not the best suited for the audiobook format.
