Publisher's Summary

On this enlightening and entertaining CD, Louise explains how we can dissolve the barriers that prevent us from being healthy and successful. She shows us that fear, guilt, resentment, criticism, and other negative forms of programming from the past can be transformed into opportunities for positive change and growth. By letting go of these limiting thoughts and feelings and accepting ourselves and others, we can experience the power of being in charge of our lives.

Poor Quality Recording

This recording is of very poor quality. Not only is it a bad reflection on the Author but also a very bad reflection on Audible.com. If one spends the money to buy an audio book you would expect the recording to be of good quality.

It's good but audience answers interrupts healing

They shld hv cut the audience input n put it as extra at the end. This would hv allowed Louise's voice to be carried throughout the program without interrupting the healing process.

Otherwise it's a good program. Audience input is also helpful on a mental level but shld hv been added at the end like "Here's what participants had to say" or something like that.

Still worth buying. :)
