Calm down

Lovely meditation.... So calming for my body, mind and spirit. The suggestion to expand this calm place to all sentient beings is awesome.

Tara Brach - Amazing 17 minute exercise!!!

"You are your own Master. You are your own refuge. Who else could be your refuge?" - The Buddha. Dr Brach boils this down into an amazing, concise 17 minutes exercise. Survival in today's World? A pandemic, a War, Economic Meltdown? Psychology, Your Mind is you most important Survival tool. Tara Brach's other books are just as Amazing. A Phd, Therapist, Buddhist Dharma Practitioner (No Birth No Death - Nirvana, Moksha, Salvation, Mysticism, Science...) Etc, Etc, Etc...
