I've listened to this for a week, and decided to return it. The author comes across as type A personality, I don't find the book relaxing.
The book feels more like a "pump you up sales meeting", then a method to learn to relax and teach yourself how to fall asleep.

Narrator used some words and phrases that didn't fit with my usual vocabulary....caused me to stop and try to figure out what he meant ....phrases like,"go deeper" " double your relaxation"...I wish his metaphors were a little clearer.

I love this meditation book. I use it nightly to help me sleep but it also stops nightmares. I would def reccomend people to give it a try

waste of time. 10 mins of talking them music and sounds that I could get on Spotify.
Would you try another book written by Joel Thielke or narrated by Joel Thielke?
Yes, I prefer the affirmations, not quite the voice for sleep.
