Slept like a baby
I fell asleep quite quickly listening to this. It was recommended to me by a close friend. We both work at the same company...a stressful work environment to say the least. I've tried many things to fall asleep. This certainly did the trick. I will keep using it and hope it continues to have the same effect.

Amazing sleep during this session
I often work night hours and need to sleep during the day ... something that can be very hard to do with all the daylight, noise and my body trying to keep me up. I know I finished this session, but I don't remember it because I was asleep! I think I fell asleep ten minutes in, I'm not sure. But, I do know that I woke up refreshed. I'm grateful for this hypnosis and will be using it again - hopefully with the same exact results.
