Found this calming and stress reducing
I enjoyed the themed meditation, and it's helpful to have more than one background choice as I normally listen to one meditation more than once. I listen to a different background every day to mix up my routine a little. The meditation is great and is easy enough for anyone to try. This is a wonderful and simple way to start meditating, or fit meditation into your routine somewhere in the day. Great!
