Very Useful Book - Not So Useful In Audio
This book has a lot of good advice for ending each day with an empty email inbox. However listening to it does not allow one to actually remember and put into action many of the ideas presented. I had to purchase a Kindle Edition to be actually be able to use the book. As Self Help books go this one is quite useful.
