Publisher's summary

Decision making can be extremely stressful, as I am sure you know. As an ex-procrastinator/perfectionist, decision making usually leads to depression and anxiety; but I can proudly say, that is no longer the case. After discovering that each and every situation we experience boiled down to three choices, decision making was no longer my enemy. There are three options you have in every situation. The only three options.

easy and to the point!! It's simply THE TRUTH.

very easy to follow and it reminded me of the serenity prayer:
Help me to change the things I can, to accept the things I cannot change, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Simple but useful

A quick and simple approach to making a decision. It could probably have been summed up in an online article but it was a good price because of its short length so I didn’t mind paying for it. In the end it gave me a new perspective and good advice.

Not for complex business decision making

I think this is a very practical guide for someone who is completely lost with making basic decisions in life -- and feeing okay with less that a perfect outcome in the decision being made. I was looking for a book that would help with objective assessment of multiple complex options, as I tend to put off decisions when there are too many options -- this book did not provide that. I probably just picked the wrong book. Otherwise, I do like the simplicity in this approach for everyday basic decision making
