Natural, easy, pleasant experience

What did you love best about Dealing with Stress?

This is an easy way to deal with stress that doesn't require much effort or even knowledge in meditation. Everything you need is there for you in the form of gentle instruction and multiple background settings to choose from. A pleasant way to get through life's hurdles, I'd say.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

Any additional comments?

An easy way to manage stress without needing anything other than some time and your mind. I feel very calm after every session. It is one session with different settings, so don't expect a bunch of different meditations. It's just one, but I've thoroughly enjoyed it.
