I wanted to get back into cycling since we live in the country with bike trails and roads to explore. It has been many years and I wanted a basic resource for information about cycling, so I could read up on the sport. I listened to the samples of several books and this one seemed to fit all my criteria: good information, credible sources, a good narrator who would be easy to listen to and an author who knows his stuff! Let me tell you, the author definitely knows his stuff. This book was excellent, it took me from the basics of cycling into more advanced knowledge. This book has become my go to source. I have also purchased a hard copy version so I have it with me, earmarked and highlighted for my own knowledge.
