good hints for loved ones, addicts, and providers

I purchased this book to provide additional insights on how to address addiction with my patients. I found the advice to be well presented, and cogent, and practical. this audiobook is something that I would be willing to share not only with family and friends of addicts, but with the addicts themselves to give them insight into the effects of their habits. it was also a good incorporation of both tips in the moment as well as seeking a higher power . thanks 👍

Great Tips

Although most of the tips are common sense, there were a few that were enlightening and that alone made the book worth the listen. Even listening to what I already know was helpful in reaffirming my commitments. Well read by the narrator.

The voice of experience makes the best guide

What a short and snappy concise and extremely useful list of tools and techniques for managing anxiety and finding your inner passion and motivation.

The narrator presents the tips in engaging fashion and is sure to hook your ears.
Without much effort or changes to your everyday life, you can get to applying these tips right away, and feel the instant easing of your relationships with addicts close to you.

Have you asked yourself,
'Is what I have to say necessary? Is what I have to say true?...'

If you are close to an addict, this is probably the most useful 20 minutes of your audible listening experience . If you only apply one of the 101 tips from the book, you are making progress!
