Good Positive Imagery Information
Conscious Visualization is an informative book on how to see yourself in situations in a positive way. It gives examples of issues that may arise and ways to apply your visualization skills to have a more positive outcome. I thought it was good and basic but many times we need to hear these things often to begin the habit of following through.
This leads me to the second half of the book which is really nice and goes over many positive affirmations that you can listen to either every day or weekly. Listening to them made me feel pretty good.
The narration by David Spector was good. At first it felt as if he was trying to hard then he fell into a nice rhythm that worked nicely with the material in the book. Overall, I liked it.
