Good info bu not actually the book

What would have made Chi Running better?

If it was an audio of the actual book & not a audio lecture.

Would you recommend Chi Running to your friends? Why or why not?

I don't know. The info is good but it just isn't the book as it appears to be.

Would you be willing to try another one of Danny Dreyer’s performances?

Yes as his work is good, I'd just be more careful to see what I'm buying.

Best running book I've ever read/heard

I bought this book on a whim after once again hurting myself prepping for an obstacle course race. The only damage to train through my injury but I managed to improve my running pace altogether. I am a personal trainer who owns a studio in at the time was training 25 other people for the obstacle course race. Inc. the Chi running skills into the coaching. We had six of our runners place in the top 10 of their age category. To second-place finishes and won first place out of those groups as well. The concept of this book had a lot to do with their performance. This running technique is amazing and I genuinely wish I would've found it when I started training 18 years ago.
