Awesome Meditation, Loved the Narration
I enjoyed listening to the narration, as the narrator has a soothing and delicate voice. It put me at ease instantly. Very pleasant.
The meditation is about 15-20 minutes long and goes through balancing each of your chakras. The healing process is facilitated via guided imagery and focus on the breath as well as relaxation. I was able to sit a little while longer in a meditative state as the audio does not end abruptly, but instead is followed by more meditation music.
I was able to really take my time with this audio and experience a full chakra cleansing. After this meditation, it was easy to feel at peace and at ease. It was a nice experience that I will be repeating.

Perfect for beginners, simple & healing meditation
I loved the pace of this meditation. It was slow and great for a beginner like me. I found the guided imagery very easy to follow. It really allowed me to dive deep into the present moment and into my own mind and body.
