Publisher's summary

Now you can waste not one, not two, but four perfectly good hours listening to Car Talk Classics, featuring some of Tom and Ray's favorite complete programs: everything from opening rant to bogus answers to eccentric closing credits. Whether they really help callers fix their transmissions is an open question, but the Car Talk guys certainly know how to transfix their listeners.

Great stories and jokes

Great content from the brothers as always. Some content from chapter 3 was also on some of the other collections available on audible which is why I took off a star.

Tom and Ray at their Best

If you're searching for car talk looking for something longer than the half hour show then you already know that there is no such thing as "Bad" Car Talk. it's for our compilation features some of the better shows from their long run and also features such treats as their mother on a mother's Day episode, and also sort of "Designer" edition of car talk with Martha Stewart!

definitely a good way to pass 4 hours on one of those long over the road trips or even along work out session, just anytime that you need to brighten your day and put a smile on your face.

The very best depression cure ever.

I’m so glad to rediscover these two gems of languages and humor and human kindness.

Memory Lane

After 20 years, these guys still put a huge smile on my face. I first tuned in, across the border, in Canada, via FM radio, and almost wished that my clunkers would develop a "mystery" problem. Just wonderful.
