The soothing sound of church bells awaking you in a foreign city, the touch of warm oil against smooth skin, or something as simple as the sound of a silver spoon clicking gently against china as you stir a steaming cup of tea - each has the power to bring relaxation to some. To others, the best way to unwind is to sit with friends and other fans in a huge stadium, screaming and laughing as a favorite football team makes an exciting play. As the world spins ever faster on a 24/7 schedule, we all need to find lots of ways, big and small, to stop, let go, and enjoy life a little more. By taking time to untangle that furrowed brow and un-tense that shoulder muscle, we can refresh our spirit and come back feeling whole and much more alert and productive.
The ancient study of astrology can help us find many ways to banish stress. Each sign has very different proclivities and needs, so here's your chance to find out which relaxing activities and methods would work best for you.
Choose your astrological sign, and also listen to the advice for your rising sign. Sums up All I've Ever Read on the Subject
If you are wishing to hear some new unexpected insights into the nature of Capricorn in 4 minutes; then this is not that novelty for you.
Basically a summary of what you hear is the basic attributes of this fair sign in the annals of most writing on the matter.... and then speaks to following the very nature of the sign itself as the form of stress relief. I suppose that makes sense; what else could it be? The delivery is concise, professional and as far as the narration, I couldn't complain at all.
