I was looking for suggestions on how to manage stress but this book added to my stress by dominating with the list of stressors and offering sparse and basic suggestions.
A really powerful self-help book that will provide you with practical ways to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression in your life today.
I didn't get far into this book. it spent AGES talking about all the dreadful health problems I could get from being stressed which is the last thing I need when already anxious. The final straw was when it talked about a person going permanently 'mad' which is both an offensive and outdated term. Not for me thanks.
