One of the Best

Would you consider the audio edition of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself to be better than the print version?

This is definitely one of the BEST books I've ever listened to or read. PERIOD. The amount of research that went into this book is impressive. It essentially talks about the law of attraction, but not in a "new-agey/feel good" way, but rather in a scientific/logical manner. It's hard to summarize, but the way he explains it along with all the studies he offers just really makes it all so much more clear. I mean, I've always been someone who has wanted to believe in the idea that our thoughts affect matter (since both are truly energy), but deep down, I always doubted it. I don't doubt it for a second anymore and it's because of the scientific studies presented in this book. If there is ONE book I'd recommend when it comes to changing one's habits in order to cultivate better ones, this is it. I loved it so much, I even bought his guided meditations which are also amazing and offered for a very reasonable price on his site. The only reason I gave a three star for the performance is because the narrator isn't exactly incredibly engaging. I mean he isn't the worst I've heard, but definitely not one of the best. However, with that said, the information in this book is definitely interesting enough to keep one engaged!
