Publisher's Summary

What if the key to your freedom is hanging on the tip of your own nose? Would you grab it?
Over the past decade, Daniel Eisenman has been hosting and facilitating epic retreats in some of the most beautiful places on Earth. He has picked at the golden threads and patterns of human interactions and noticed that so many people kept a lid on their genius, their joy, their growth. This was a self-imposed limitation that kept them in a prison of their own design.
Within Breaking Normal you'll find your personal retreat experience in its most powerful, dynamic, and raw form. The practices and exercises are designed to help you reach deep into your very soul and claim your best dream for yourself and your family.
This book simply shares what Daniel does to ultimately create a safe place for fun, adventure, healing, and transformation. He invites you to sample what it means to be raw and vulnerable, excited, and glowing in the sacred knowledge that your future is whatever you imagine it to be.

Raw and Awesome!

I loved this book! I never wanted it to end. I am absolutely relistening to it so I can absorb every word once again. I really enjoyed the simplicity and rawness. I am so grateful Daniel for this book as it has given me more drive to discover my higher self and to open up to being FUNcomfortable!

The book is gradually changing my mind

I have purchased Daniel Eisenman's book based on the recommendation of a friend.
I respect and love her and trust her opinion... so I started listening to it.

However I disliked the foreword. "ME and my tribe", "I have travelled the world", "I have picked the golden thread"...
I and I and I and I ...

I thought: Here we go again...another young, overconfident, spoiled, reach western guy with a charming smile and very little experience about real life offering "transformational retreats" throughout a book that doesn't contain much more than that...
ALOHA.
All fake.

My dislike grew even stronger when he described the story of the police car that pulled them aside.
As someone who grew up in a(n) (ex)socialist country where - although things are much better than some time ago - but still far from being ideal...
I thought:
He knows nothing about real fear of police and authorities. He has no clue what it means that people disappeared never to return, or even worse, to return broken whilst no one even dared to ask why...
And now there he is with some cannabis in his pocket worried as police asks questions...
All shallow.

And then I got to the judgement part...
As advised, I started turning my statements around and discovered, that:
I might be overconfident and spoiled...
I might have a nice big ego...
I might wish for a smile that is charming and swipes people off their feet...
I only know the stories of the past, but I actually haven't experienced any of the horrors of the socialist regime...

And the more I have been listening the more often I asked myself: Would I participate in such retreat?... I would.
Would I organise and invite him to have such retreats in Hungary?
YES I WOULD!...

Wow.
The more I am listening to it, the more curious I get...
I have to admit, my opinion is changing... Positively.
:)
Wow.

Intresting topic

I read this book, because my wife suggested me to read, as I’m intrested in this topic. She knows me, and she knows, my plan is discover my inner child and rewild it. I ‘d like to be the creator of my own life and belive in my authentic myself again. We were born to celebrate our freedom and enjoy the abundance and the growth of ourselves. This book is also a key of this human magic, we are lucky because we can read about it, and we know about how important are these things.

Thank you Daniel Eisenman for encouraging the us to break normal

A very wise & entertaining book by Daniel Eisenman. I found many awakening & aha moments through this book. Daniel is a freedom catalyst & shares his experiences with those who want to join his tribe. He is a firm believer that if someone has something to say, say it with out conviction. Don’t sit and ponder about what you could of, should of but didn’t say. Get it out there where it’s supposed to be & let the truth set you free.
