Great if you want a story bad if you want a system

This book gives very little information about the "How" to train your memory, and gives some good background on the "What" is memory training. It appeared to market itself as a package / system to help you learn, but had very little good content as a system. Tony Buzan is a great mnemonist, but reveals very little insight in this book.

Very DISAPOINTING

Defiantly NOT worth the money. I would not keep it even if it were free. Not very well done. You feel as if you are in the 50's and someone is explaining how a blender works. Don't waste you money. This is defiantly not worth your time.

Good title bad book

This book is only an advertisement campaign for the author courses and seminars.
There are 3 narrators, and the book is like one of the TV ads to buy things at midnight.
The author is very bad narrating.
