I have listened to other Sleep hypnosis books Joel Thielke and have found myself disappointed until today. The performance was excellent. And the ending wasn't extremely loud like in other sleep hypnosis book.
If this tour first sleep hypnosis book let me give you some heads up. The first time you listen to any new audio book you will,most likely not be able to sleep through the night because you are not use to the story or the speakers voice. The forth or fifth night will be better and with in two weeks you will sleep the whole night and wake up refreshed. It will take about 90 days for you to notice the results of the sleep hypothesis book.

Find this wakes me up at every new chapter!!!
The voices are really not relaxing, and although it does help me drop off, I've had to stop using it entirely as it then wakes me up with loud beginning of next chapter each time!!!
