I just didn't get it, no real affirmations, or words to change your beliefs. The story about a man and his positive attitude was painfully cheesy...

What? SAVE YOUR MONEY

So this starts out right - gets you relaxed and ready for some positive affirmations. But what happens next? She tells a STORY ABOUT A GUY SHE USED TO KNOW. HOW ON EARTH IS THAT SOMETHING YOU WANT SUBCONSCIOUSLY IMBEDDED?

What a huge disappointment. After the story, it is ok. But why go through the story of some guy, not matter how inspirational he was - meditation affirmations should be short and succinct. Not some convoluted story about a guy she knew for 20 years and his adventures in positivity. WTF?

I have a bunch of these hypnosis books and I keep forgetting how much I am aggravated by this one. I am going to delete it and try to delete it from my entire library.
