she actually instructs us to look up pictures of the brain DURING the meditation. dumb.

$2.00 but worth zero

same dialogue in all 4 chapters. So thoughtless. I could do a better job... please save your $2.00 for something more productive. I wish I could delete this from audible. least favorite purchase EVER!
