Only get this if you're newly diagnosed

This is not a survival guide by any means. This is simply an explanation of bipolar and the steps you should take for treatment. Disappointed.

Simple-to-Follow

This is one of them. Straight forward and honest the author covers all aspects of being bipolar. The symptoms,the course of the disease. What mania is, what depression is. Useful resources for living day to day - mood journals, triggers when sliding into depression or mania, support networks. When to tell or not tell friends, coworkers, and bosses about your diagnosis. How to develop a plan for mood changes. Websites that have proven useful.
