These meditations were very easy to do and did not require a lot of commitment timewise. These can be done in the morning, and I sometimes do them in the afternoon too. I love the music and the narration is very thorough. I never feel lost about what to do next when listening to these. Great instructions for simple meditations that help with stress relief.
