Not bad. But nothing new.

I enjoyed the information quite a it and it was narrated quite well. I just didn't learn all that much. I did learn some ideas do it was well worth the purchase.

100 ways to say the same thing, over and over. felt like a bad dinner conversation where you hope they will say something interesting or meaningful.
