If you like to play basketball then this audio book has what you need! It's great to know the rules that go along with the game but this gives so much more! There conditioning and warm up techniques are great for players of all levels. Also the detailed drills will be very helpful! There are also lots of mental health topics in this that can help in any sport.
Very little in the way of actual strategies to improve basketball, the vast majority of the book is taken up with advice on diet and positive visualisation that could be better accessed from a different book.
I know very little about basketball, but my boyfriend is a big fan and likes to play a lot. I bought this book as I thought it might help me to understand the game better, to motivate me to play, to help me play well but also to help my boyfriend improve his skills and reduce the risk of injury.
I really enjoyed listening to this guide. I learnt a lot about the game, strategy and good exercises to insure you don't do yourself too much harm during the game. Good guide.
