Turning the other cheek does not mean standing by while the enemies of God dismantle Christian civilization and brainwash our children. An attenuated and unbiblical “faith” based on what Bonhoeffer called “cheap grace” has sapped the spiritual vitality of millions of Americans. Paying lip service to an insipid “evangelism,” they shrink from combating the evils of our time. Metaxas refutes the pernicious lie that fighting evil politicizes Christianity.

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

The 10 enlightening (and often humorous) lectures of Medieval Myths and Mysteries will show you how far from the “dark” times of legend these centuries were. Uncover the facts about the Knights Templar. Reveal the truth behind the tales of legendary creatures like the Questing Beast and the unicorn. Trace the events of the Black Death and the ways it altered the world in its wake, and much more. With Professor Armstrong, you will dig deep into the ways that later generations reshaped the narrative of the medieval years and perpetuated the myths.

this is definitely NOT all you need to know.
Only gives a brief overview of the Sun signs and says nothing about aspects or other planetary. involvement. Waste of time.

Generally describing the zodiac traits and charact
This book is a good read for a child or someone who doesn't have a general knowledge of the zodiac. I think that the descriptions were off at times because of my personal encounters with a variety of people who were born under certain zodiac signs. The book didn't discuss the rising and moon signs which are just as important as knowing the sun sign of a person.

Short and to the point
I really liked this book due to the nature of it being short to the point.
What could have helped to add some stories that would have explained each zodiac sign.

Not worth even $4
You can read everything that's in this audible book in 15 min for free online.
I had bought this book hoping it would give some background on how astrology developed, the different types of astrology (Chinese, Western, etc), and other actually interesting information. Instead, it told me what kind of partner a Sagittarius would be. There's even an ad mixed in there to get you to download some free e-book. This audible book is a complete waste of even a dollar.
Btw, no issues with the narrator. Great reading.

what the hell was that?
I do not understand why half of the book is an advertisement for 30 minutes books and then the other half is just filler astrology information which is so General that Wikipedia could give you more in-depth info

It's the Advertisements Aready!
What would have made Astrology: Teach Me Everything I Need to Know About Astrology in 30 Minutes better?
Drop the supplement ads. I paid for a book. I did NOT pay for air time to listen to advertisements. If I want to listen to that stuff I'll urn on the TV or radio. The ads took away from the overall enjoyment of the book for me.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The catagonies of dividing the signs in groups of similarities.
What about Dave Wright’s performance did you like?
He read the storyline very well. His voice was smooth and easy to listen to.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I did learn from the book but overall it was just "meh". Wasn't worth the money even though it was low cost.
Any additional comments?
Did I say drop the ads? Oh, then I should add another. Drop the advertisements!

Not even close.
This book basically covers the types of signs, their symbols, and a few characteristics of each sign. I really didn't expect "Everything I Need to Know" in 30 minutes, but this book under-delivered.
