A great guided affirmation tool to have handy!

This is a wonderful guide to anger management affirmations! I love that it is short and to the point! I wish there was a small intro to prepare the first-time reader/listener for the layout of the audio, but other than that, it's excellent!!! I will be listening to this one over & over!

Wrong format for this type of "book"

Would you recommend Anger Management Affirmations to your friends? Why or why not?

Would not recommend
Audible is NOT the right format for a title like this. 1) It doesn't support repetitive listening, no loop function; 2) it doesn't support choosing to listen to only certain of the tracks and not others (i don't want to hear the introduction every time, or the last track which is audible's stock closing); 3. if you want to listen to this frequently, say every day, that means leaving the book you are listening to, to find this in your library then having to hunt for your book again when you're done with this.

MP3 format and players support all of the above. I have used similar titles in MP3 format and it is absolutely the way to go

Now that I know how poorly this functions in Audilbe, I will never buy another like this.

As for the content--Ehh. It would be very helpful to know that track 4 is where explanations and instructions are found, but there is no chapter naming so you have to learn that AFTER listening to affirmations. Oddly enough, in track 4 they say you can skip the instructions to go to the affirmations...only the affirmations are on tracks 2 & 3

Might be helpful, but too my mind too many negatives to make it worth purchasing.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

Strongly dislike the female voice--it is saccharin to the extreme.
