I've been toying with giving up alcohol for more than a year now after realising its negative effect on my life. I've had some success with a month or two off here and there and feeling so much better physically and mentally at those times but still being drawn back to it thinking I was missing out on something. I'm so glad I bought this book as it has finally pushed me past feeling like that and made me see, with crystal clarity, what alcohol really is - a toxic drug which only harms the body and mind. Kevin O'Hara has a brilliant way of telling it as it is with his down to earth, no nonsense approach. So much literature, blogs etc focus on the difficulties of giving alcohol and how hard it is but listening to Kevin is inspirational. I found myself nodding in agreement as he was talking and he left me feeling that, yes, it is possible to live my life without alcohol and it will undoubtedly be a happier, healthier and more productive life at that. I thoroughly recommend this book. It will change the way you think about alcohol entirely. Thankyou Kevin, onwards and upwards!

What did you like best about Alcohol Freedom: 7 Powerful Mindsets to Kickstart Your Alcohol-Free Journey!? What did you like least?
Not much to be honest
What was most disappointing about Kevin O'Hara’s story?
I bought this to understand a relative issues. Sadly the book doesn't go into the triggers, deceit and reasons behind the problem. It doesn't cover the addiction in anyway shape of form.
The simple overwhelming message is don't drink. If you don't drink you don't have a problem. Well yes that obvious. Sadly I wanted to gain insight into the triggers, need and desire for somebody whom is destroying there lives in full knowledge of why and yet helpless to do so.
Sadly the narration is often below par with the author tripping up over his own words. and muted delivery.
Would you be willing to try another one of Kevin O'Hara’s performances?
No I'm sorry.
Could you see Alcohol Freedom: 7 Powerful Mindsets to Kickstart Your Alcohol-Free Journey! being made into a movie or a TV series? Who would the stars be?
