Her delivery is sing songy - typical TODAY show style - great for a sound bite. His delivery is irrational word reading without communication.

A Complete Guide
This is an awesome book, a complete guide with several tips and great explanation about living a fulfilled happy and healthy life. I would say this book's audience is everyone who is pursuing a long life with resources to make the most of it! Loved it!
